In the advanced years of a person’s life, many a time due to age-related or other diseases related issues, it becomes very difficult to move around. The situation especially gets exacerbated for such senior citizens who get abandoned by their families or face economic concerns. With a view to supporting such people, Social Xleration and Sai Sanskar Foundation made available walking sticks to 106 senior citizens in Gurugram through an organization The Earth Saviours Foundation that works closely with them. This effort that took place in September 2021 is bringing relief to many such senior citizens who struggled to move without support.
