Social Xleration held a one-day orientation on “Inclusive Education – Its Importance in Society” at Sanauli Composite School, Banikodar block, Barabanki district. The workshop drew about 60 students from grades VI, VII, and VIII. The children were taught about the concept, meaning, definition, characteristics, scope, need, principles, and value of inclusive education. The abilities that a teacher must possess in order to provide inclusive education were also figured in the conversation. With the children, the obstacles to inclusive education were also discussed. All of the children appreciated and benefited from the session.
