Social Xleration has associated with a Delhi-based organization, Sai Sanskar Foundation, to conduct various social development initiatives. One of the focus areas of the Sai Sanskar Foundation is to work on strengthening education amongst school children from a marginalized background. It operates a school called ‘Paathshala’, in Delhi where 120 children from five slums from classes first to tenth receive free education alongside being taken care of their nutritional and emotional needs. As part of raising consciousness among these children on the environment and helping them contributing towards this cause, Sai Sanskar Foundation organized a pot-making session for around 100 children, where the children were taught to make simple yet attractive plant pots. The children were thoroughly attentive during the session and created a range of appealing plant pots. After the session, they were provided refreshments and hair oil for better hair hygiene.
