29 & 21 June 2022, Akbarpur, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh
On 29 June 2022, a one-day orientation titled “Inclusive Education: Its Relevance in Society” took place at Community Place in Akbarpur, District Unnao. 50 students from classes VI, VII, and VIII attended the program. The youngsters participated in a discussion about the concept, meaning, definition, characteristics, scope, necessity, principles, and significance of inclusive education. Also discussed were the abilities a teacher has to possess to deliver inclusive education. The children also talked about the barriers to inclusive schooling. The children immensely liked the program. A similar session was attended by 65 students also from classes VI, VII, and VIII held at Shri Shiv Nandan Bal Vidya Mandir, Akbarpur, District Unnao on 21 June 2022.
